Mars Missions Coverage: Hope (ETA)

In the following days, I am going to post updates on the three Mars missions that are due to arrive just now. Tomorrow is the case of Hope, UAE’s probe and first to the finishing line.

Hope is going to attempt insertion in the Martian orbit tomorrow 10:40 am ET (3:40 pm GMT).

At this moment, the most delicate of its mission, the probe will fire its thrusters for 27 minutes to slow it down enough for the planet’s gravity to capture the spacecraft into orbit.

You can watch it here: https://www.emiratesmarsmission.ae/live/

And hold your breath!
