[ Something different this week for my teaser. This is one of the memoirs written after the 1996 Everest Disaster, where eight people lost their lives. You can also watch a good movie on Netflix now, called “Everest”. Boukreev’s account is (also) reply to Jon Krakauer’s famous book “Into Thin Air”, which somehow tells a different story. I suggest reading both before making up your mind about what really happened over there. ]
