Teaser Tuesday is a weekly bookish meme, hosted at The Purple Booker.
Anyone can play along by doing the following:
• Grab your current read
• Open to a random page
• Share two (2) “teaser” sentences from somewhere on that page
• BE CAREFUL NOT TO INCLUDE SPOILERS! (make sure that what you share doesn’t give too much away! You don’t want to ruin the book for others!)
• Share the title & author, too, so that other TT participants can add the book to their TBR Lists if they like your teasers.

“The things you think are the disasters in your life are not the disasters really. Almost anything can be turned around: out of every ditch, a path, if you can only see it.”
(~ Bring Up the Bodies by Hilary Mantel, Kindle Edition, 2013)
[This is the second book of Thomas Cromwell’s series, by Hilary Mantel. The first one, Wolf Hall, was simply a masterpiece of historical fiction. This one keeps up the good job, telling the downfall of Anne Boylen, and it’s a pleasure to read. You may also be interested in this NYT review.]
PLEASE LEAVE A COMMENT with either the link to your own Teaser Tuesdays’ post, or share your ‘teasers’ in a comment here and/or in The Purple Booker.
