The roguish charm of a super-villain – Loki. Brother of Thor

If you have been – like me – only half convinced by the whole Thor stuff, and that half you have liked is actually his rogue brother, well, rejoice. Now you have the story – originally spread on Thor, Thor: The Dark World and The Avengers – told by Loki’s own perspective and all in a two hours clip just uploaded on Vimeo – some Marvel’s deleted scenes included. Done by whom?  By a fan, under the name of Loki Odinson.

Which has allegedly said: “My goal was to chronicle the character development of Loki into a single narrative. (…) The opening scene of my edit is a flash forward to a contemplative, imprisoned Loki, spliced with footage from Tom Hiddleston’s screen test when he auditioned for Thor’s character, aptly capturing Loki’s jealousy (the duality between them is really the meat of this film, hence the title Loki: Brother of Thor). Then there’s a bit of a scary awakening from the character that *probably* haunts Loki’s dreams.” For me, Sir Kenneth can pick up some ideas for a Loki-only movie anytime 🙂

Update of today, 15:22 GMT – The video has been removed from VIMEO – I guess on copyright infringement grounds… too bad! Maybe you can still find it out on Youtube or other mirrors. In alternative, contact the author: loki.fan.edit@gmail.com
